About the Author
Helen Delaney is a former diplomat, appointed by President Bill Clinton to serve as consular standards officer to two ambassadors in the United States Mission to the European Union in Brussels, Belgium. During a long and distinguished career, she represented one of the world's largest standards organizations in Washington, D.C., and later headed a thriving consulting business, serving a prominent list of domestic and international clients.
She is the author of numerous articles and research papers on standardization and the technical aspects of international trade. This is her first book.
